Lars Rokkones

I’m Lars. Investing became calmer once I wrote the important decisions down before the noise arrived.

You’ll feel at home if…

You have started investing, but the rules still live in your head.

  • You save or invest regularly for the long term
  • Your knowledge does not yet form one written plan
  • You want to know what belongs, what may change and what to ignore
  • You are ready to complete the planner and make your own decisions

Not for stock tips, trade alerts, promised returns or personalised advice.

Why I stopped guessing—and wrote the rules down.

I’ll show you the planner, how the method works and where the free plan ends and the complete paid system begins.

Why I built RulesBasedIncome

The result that made me trust the process.

Over the roughly five years ending 30 July 2026, my personal portfolio returned 342%. I did not trade daily or chase constant tips. I followed written rules for what qualified, how much I could own and when I would review.

That experience gave me the confidence to turn the process into RulesBasedIncome.

My portfolio and its benchmark over the same period. For context, the benchmark shown is the dividend-adjusted Oslo Børs Benchmark Index (OSEBX), the gross-return version that assumes gross dividends are reinvested. It represents an investable selection of the largest and most-traded shares listed on Oslo Børs, Norway’s main regulated equities market.

This is my personal historical result, not a forecast or typical outcome. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of capital, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
